Idea: Park Avenue is a restaurant located in the Upper East Side of Manhattan that gives its peculiarity to the fact that every four months design, cuisine and beverage program changes in relation to the season. This restaurant is an example of comprehension of the importance of the consonance between all the aspects of the eating experience. Moreover, the complete renovation that the restaurant is subjected to, creates for the customer the feeling of a unique experience that could have been completely different four months before and will be completely different in four months.
Candy Restaurant – Tokyo, Martí Guixé.
Idea: The Candy Restaurant aims to formalize the occasionally act of eating a candy by bringing it into the rituals of all-day food, and transforming then all-days into a more contemporary experience and feeling.

Luxe Canteen
Idea: Luxe Canteens are places where friends and family dine and socialize. Warm and welcoming, Luxe Canteen spaces are designed to encourage conviviality and convenience, efficiency and elegance. Food and drinks are served to share, and many of the dining spaces and areas are communal, open-plan and designed to encourage the shared starter or the collective pot or plate.
Some examples: Fabbrica in Rotterdam and Trattoria Da Loretta in Stuttgart.
